SÃO PAULO, November 10, 2021 / PRNewswire / – BTG Pactual (BPAC11) reported record revenues and net income of R $ 3.8 billion and 1.8 billion reais, respectively. BTG also posted its second largest Net New Money (NNM) in the history of 88 billion reais, only below Q2 98 billion R $, which included R $ 12 billion the acquisition of Necton (inorganic NNM published in the last quarter). Consequently, the amount of Assets under Management and Assets under Management (AuM / WuM) reaches 942 billion reais.

Investment Banking posted another quarter of record revenues, growing 81% year-on-year, R $ 402 million To R $ 727 million. It should be noted that we completed 40 DCM transactions during this quarter.

The portfolio of loans to businesses and SMEs reached 97.6 billion reais, up 13% quarter-on-quarter and 43% year-on-year, with adequate supply levels. Revenue grew 51% year-on-year for R $ 642 million.

Sales & Trading achieved a turnover of 1.3 billion reais, with a higher contribution from customer activities and part of the CredPagothe sale of – the transaction was approved by regulators in September. A new contribution from CredPago should materialize in 2022 and 2023.

Asset Management posted a record NNM for the fourth consecutive quarter of 50 billion reais (163 billion reais LTM) and turnover achieved R $ 291 million, up 14% year-on-year.

Wealth Management & Consumer Banking also achieved record revenue of R $ 410 million, up 9% quarter-on-quarter and 75% year-over-year. WUM achieved 400 billion reais, a growth of 81% year-on-year. NNM ended the quarter at 38 billion R $, also up 81% year-on-year.
